How to bring radio components to the market or pre-sale preparation of radio components
The final price for radio components used in the past, as well as for any other product, always depends on several components, including their appearance and condition. Low-power transistors, microcircuits in a round case with gold-plated terminals
Such radioelectronic components should be better evaporated, although it is possible to carefully and carefully bite "under the root". The length of the legs should be as high as possible. The most optimal variant of excavating this type of REC is a gas burner or a thermodryer. The board should be clamped into the vise, so that the solder side faces you. The transistor housing is to be held with a help of pliers. The soldering place is to be heated by the torch for a few seconds and the transistor can be extracted. The heads and outlets of transistors shouldn’t be cut, even if they are white.
A microcircuit in the planar case
This type of microcircuits is better to extract by soldering. The chip is to be heated by the burner until the solder begins to melt, and then is removed carefully with tweezers. The chip shouldn’t be overheated or bent before the solder is completely melted. Otherwise the terminals would be overheated, and the price will fall.
In order to remove the "helicopter" it is better to use a conventional soldering iron: heat and bend each blade separately. The outlets are to be simply cut off (KT-904 and others).
Transistor in plastic housing
This type of radio electronic components (KT-814; 502 and others) we accept only in an intact shape.
Microchip in rectangular, ceramic case, socket, ALS indicator
These radio electronic components are better to be evaporated using a burner, while the opposite side of the board is heated. The chip itself should not be exposed to high temperatures, as it can become unusable. Do not solder, do not tear off the nickel cover from the chip, quartz window (series 537 RF). Only neatly dropped chips are preferable.
Microchip in a plastic casing
Such details are taken exclusively with the internal “yellowness”. To dismantle a chip you will need a chisel and a hammer. Use a hammer to cut the chip. Be careful while distracting in order not to destroy the case. Leave the outlets in the original form after cutting.
Extraction of ceramics from micro-assembly
In order for the lid to fall off, sharpen the outer perimeter (0.5 mm by the rim) with the help of a sharpener. Then, peel the ceramic, heating it with a burner. Folding ceramics is better either on a paper sheet or in a box of metal, glass, wood, and ceramics. Do not forget that the newly peeled ceramic has a high temperature. After cooling, fold ceramic pieces, including the smallest fraction, into a tight paper bag.
Condensers KM, K 52 – 2 and others
They can be removed simply by biting off from the board, the outlets are to be “bitten” under the root. Condenser K 10 – 17 in a rectangular casing "panties" is to be gently teared off with a help of pliers (a capacitor clamped with pliers, is to be turned around the axis). There is a discount for capacitors that have terminal pins.
KM without hulls
In order to avoid crumbling do not tear off it with the help of nippers. It is better to solder KM with a burner or soldering iron.
Resistor CП – 5
This type of REC can be simply turned off from the board by pliers. Resistors PP 3, switches, step finders : bite the wires closer to the outlets, although this does not affect their cost. Do not solder the wires from the switch PR, just bite off, without damaging the output of the switch.
Connectors are soldered from the boards. For those that have a terminal with a wound wire, you need to unwind the wire. The connector "daddy" SNP-59 can be removed with a chisel, simply chopping off the end of the connector to detach from the screws. After that the cuts are cut from the board with the help of the chisel. It is necessary to leave the length of the output on the connector as much as possible, while the surface should not be contaminated with solder.
If the relay is sealed in the board, it should be only evaporated (РЭС – 7; 8; 9; 10; 15; 48; РПБ, РПА, РПС). If you break out the relay with a pair of pliers, some types of contacts will remain in the board, since glass inserts or plastic housings are destroyed. In this case, the cost of RECs significantly decreases.
Cut off lamellas with special scissors, capturing the board minimally. Do not use pliers. Do not break off the lamellas.
We will buy the air wires after disassembling one meter of wire, having weighed the resulting vein and braid.
